all the necessary measures we can to ensure that you continue to receive
uninterrupted service. We cannot influence the economic impact of the
Coronavirus outbreak or how the investment markets have responded to it, but
what we can do is assure you that your investments remain safely protected.
We expect to be able to perform
all standard processes as normal although there may be some delays compared to
normal operating conditions. Demand for our services, help and support are
higher than normal so please bear with us if you experience a longer wait time
than you would usually expect.
Our clients, colleagues and
their families are our priority and as we move through this situation we are
finding that increasingly many of us are self-isolating, working from home and
or looking after our loved ones. With this in mind we wish to advise you of
some steps that are being taken to keep our service to you as efficient as
possible •

Settlement Monies into/out of your Account : the most efficient way is
to make an electronic payment wherever possible.

Contract Notes, Statements and Reports : we will send as much
correspondence as possible by email.

Corporate Actions : If we have an email address for you we will send
details of any new Corporate Actions relating to your holdings via email.

Certificates : we will not be posting certificates at the present time
but holding recently purchased physical stock electronically which ensures
efficient delivery should you wish to sell.
An increasing number of clients
are taking advantage of the benefits and efficiencies of client web access and
our App. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to be enabled.
