Junior Administrator

We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team at Ramsey Crookall. The applicant must be highly organised, able to prioritise, use their initiative, and possess excellent attention to detail. The applicant must also be comfortable working individually and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day administrative and project tasks.
• Photocopying, Scanning, and filing documents.
• Ad-hoc duties, including running errands.
• Assisting colleagues wherever necessary.

Requirements:

• Computer Literacy.
• Confident with all Microsoft Office packages.
• Able to prioritise a changing to-do list.
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polite telephone manner.
• Strong numerical skills
• Flexible to perform new tasks as the administrative role changes.
