Ramsey Crookall is pleased to announce its sponsorship of a Cold-Water Immersion facility using the Wim Hof Method in memory of Patrick Crookall, who sadly passed away in 2022. 

This revolutionary approach to health and wellness has recently gained significant attention. The facility at Inner Alchemy will provide access to the Wim Hof Method, which combines breathwork, cold exposure, and commitment to achieve optimal health and performance. The method has been used to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and enhance immune system activity, amongst many other benefits. 

This unique facility will be the first of its kind on the Isle of Man, offering a holistic approach to healing and well-being through cold water immersion. The facility incorporates a sauna and other provisions. In addition, certified Wim Hof instructors will be on-site to guide users through the process and answer any questions they may have.
