About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Administrator to join our Corporate Actions team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of corporate action events and ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of transactions.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business as well as custodians, brokers, and other external partners to ensure corporate events are managed effectively and client outcomes are delivered to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detail, managing deadlines, and developing specialist knowledge within corporate actions. Previous experience in this area would be highly beneficial, though training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Process a wide range of corporate actions, including dividends, interest payments, rights issues, mergers, and stock splits.
Monitor and reconcile entitlements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Manage client elections and ensure instructions are submitted within required deadlines.
Liaise with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to obtain and validate corporate action information.
Support the settlements function, ensuring trades are settled efficiently and exceptions are resolved promptly.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to asset servicing and settlements.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems accordingly.
Assist in improving processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
About You
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Confident communicator – clear, professional, and proactive.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Previous experience in corporate actions, settlements, or asset servicing is highly desirable.
