About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented New Business Administrator to join our small and dynamic team based in Douglas. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding process while maintaining high standards of compliance and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, which includes the collection, verification, and review of documentation.
Ensure adherence to internal compliance procedures and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and CDD (Customer Due Diligence).
Liaise directly with clients to guide them through the onboarding process, respond to queries, and ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with data protection and financial regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Dealing Team, and Investment Managers) to efficiently resolve onboarding issues.
Assist with periodic reviews and updates of existing client files as needed.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a similar onboarding or client administration role within the financial services sector.
A solid understanding of KYC and customer due diligence requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a small team environment.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks in the Isle of Man.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience in the financial services sector or similar.
A relevant compliance or financial services qualification (e.g., ICA Certificate) is advantageous but not essential.
