Ramsey Crookall was proud to sponsor Isle Listen’s Mindful Morning sea dip in Port Erin, helping to mark the start of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026.

Members of our staff also take part in the event, which brought the community together for a stretch, a refreshing dip in the bay, breakfast at The Bay Hotel, and fundraising in support of Isle Listen’s vital mental health education work in schools and its Take Action Campaign.

This event holds special significance for Ramsey Crookall, as our sponsorship is in memory of Patrick Crookall, a much-loved member of the Crookall family and the Ramsey Crookall team. Patrick joined the family business in 1996 and went on to serve as Finance Director. He was also an avid swimmer, holding the record for the most wins in the King William’s College Derbyhaven half-mile Bay Swim.

Patrick sadly passed away unexpectedly in July 2022 and is still very much missed by his family, friends, colleagues and the wider community.
